Our staff consists of individuals who have a passion for care, all our staff are fully trained and understand the challenges faced by family members as well as individuals who use the service. To allow us to deliver above expectation each case is managed independently ensuring the right skill is assigned. All our team members are experienced in the care industry and are thoughtful in their approach & delivery. 

Our recruitment is based on equal opportunity. We have staff of various background, and we provide regular on-going support and training for our staff to provide a high-quality service at all times. We have developed a strong reputation based around Quality, Service Delivery and the ability to offer highly trained experienced staff to meet the needs of NHS and Private hospitals, Primary Care Trusts, Local Authorities and Private Clients.

All our staff are DBS checked and we regularly undertake quality assurance visits and quality control checks. In addition, all Care Workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an NVQ II in Health and Social Care. Whether it is a 1-hour home care visit or for staff to live-in and care for the client, using Atlantizenith Unipessoal Health Care Provider Services will give you access to a wealth of experience from a variety of committed professionals.

Our services are for 24 hours a day 365 days a year. We are committed to the local community, and we conscientiously strive to meet their needs. We regularly visit our clients to discuss their needs and offer a tailor-made service to meet those needs. 

Our purpose is to empower our clients and assist them through the difficulties of becoming frail and or incapacitated due to old age or physical disability and mental illness by providing them with expert homecare and support services that are good value for money, designed and delivered with the full participation of users, their families and their representatives and consider each individual’s’ aspirations in life.

We're fully regulated by the CQC. The CQC monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety. They publish what they find, including performance ratings to help people choose care.
